Flying falsie spotted

A mystery smudge has appeared on a photograph taken of the the Cardrona Bra Fence in New Zealand. A number of people have since reported seeing a flying saucer at around the same time the picture was taken. Bras were first attached to the fence by persons unknown a couple of years ago, and women from all over the world have sent bras to be added to it. Many share theories over bra fence 'UFO' - Stuff, 15th January 2003.

Cardrona Bra Fence UFO Photgraph.
This photograph was not taken at the Cardrona Bra fence but at Makarora north of Lake Wanaka and the supposed UfO is none other than an Air New Zealand Boeing 737 on its normal route from Queenstown to Auckland. The blue Koru emblem on the tail can be made out.
Any one familiar with this area would know that this photograph was actually taken at Makarora. This fence has since been removed.
The Cardrona ( South of Lake Wanaka) Bra fence is still there and attracting a lot of interest.

You have better eyesight than me, then. The Stuff article linked to is no longer there, but a large version of the image can be found at UFO Casebook, and it still looks like a blur to me. But the fence is clearly different - the posts are much bigger in the 'UFO' picture.

Evangelism, witnessing and similar activitites go by one name here—advertising, and is no different from spam for viagra, penis enlargement products and pornography. We do not take advertising. If you want to advertise your imaginary friend, please spend your own money on your own web space to do so. Any attempts to use the comments section for advertisements will be deleted, and the perpetrator barred, unless they are particularly stupid, in which case I reserve the right to pinch an idea from Teresa Nielsen Hayden and delete all the vowels.

Allowed HTML: a href, b, br, p, strong, em, ol, ul, li, blockquote, q, pre. If your name has accents in it, things will (hopefully!) work better if you use the XHTML entities for those letters. The same applies if you are using a word processor to compose your comment, then copying and pasting the text—either turn off curly quotes and avoid using em-dashes, or edit your comment after pasting to get rid of them. Garbled comments usually get deleted.
