Creationism Will Turn You Into a Serial Killer?

United States: The creationist loons may have scraped the bottom of the barrel when it comes to digging up testimonials for their cause.

Between 1978 and 1991, Jeffrey Dahmer murdered at least 17 men and boys. His murders included gruesome acts and he was sentenced to a lifetime in prison.

But during his sentence something changed, and before his death, Dahmer went on MSNBC with his father. When asked what contributed to his new accountability, he told his father, Thanks to you for sending that creation science material.

Somehow I think that using a convicted serial killer as a testimonial to pimp your dodgy products that pretend to be science, probably isn't going to result in more sales.

In the interview Dahmer acknowledges that he once believed in the evolution theory which cheapens life. He went on to testify to the Lord Jesus Christ being the true Creator and accepting Him as his Savior.

So, by their bizarre twisted logic, ignoring proven scientific facts and believing in the fantasy of creationism is more likely to turn you into a serial killer?

Like Dahmer, many today are being influenced by the cheapening of life promoted by the evolution theory. Racism, communism, nazism and anarchy are all effects of this dangerous theory. Even the killers in the Columbine school massacre wore shirts that blared, Natural Selection. Evolution is a perilous religion with fatal societal consequences.

Ah, so they're no longer blaming goths, video games, music or movies for school children going postal, it's all the evil of evolution. Why didn't we see it sooner? Perhaps because we're sane and they're obviously not.

Taking a look through the Creation Science Evangelism web site leads me to one conclusion; it's all a scam to sell merchandise. It doesn't seem to matter what the cause is, the endgame is nothing but profit.

Evangelism, witnessing and similar activitites go by one name here—advertising, and is no different from spam for viagra, penis enlargement products and pornography. We do not take advertising. If you want to advertise your imaginary friend, please spend your own money on your own web space to do so. Any attempts to use the comments section for advertisements will be deleted, and the perpetrator barred, unless they are particularly stupid, in which case I reserve the right to pinch an idea from Teresa Nielsen Hayden and delete all the vowels.

Allowed HTML: a href, b, br, p, strong, em, ol, ul, li, blockquote, q, pre. If your name has accents in it, things will (hopefully!) work better if you use the XHTML entities for those letters. The same applies if you are using a word processor to compose your comment, then copying and pasting the text—either turn off curly quotes and avoid using em-dashes, or edit your comment after pasting to get rid of them. Garbled comments usually get deleted.
