Pub protects against spirits

A pub landlord in Suffolk has insured his premises against ghosts. The Royal Falcon Hotel in Lowestoft is next to a graveyard and is reputedly haunted by a monk who committed suicide. Customers can now drink safely knowing that up to £1 million will be paid out if they are killed or suffer permanent disability caused by ghosts, poltergeists or other abnormal phenomena on the premises;.
