Australia: Feòrag's finely tuned Google News filters vomited forth the tale of a local wingnut with his very own doomsday cult who has opted for the time honoured method of procuring money favoured by all religious groups; applying for a Government grant.
A doomsday cult led by a self-proclaimed prophet who has been banned by the Vatican has secured $332,000 from the Howard Government to run a private school [Saint Joseph's School in Cambewarra, near Nowra, on the NSW south coast.] since 1996.
WilliamLittle PebbleKamm has previously predicted a tsunami would devastate Australia's east cost and believes his Order of St Charbel converts in NSW, Victoria and South Australia will survive the coming apocalypse after he is appointed as the last pope.
He may be in for a punch up with the bloke in Spain who claims that he's the real pope. What happens to his plans if he's ordained as the Pope of the wrong sect?
Mr Kamm was denounced by the then Archbishop of Melbourne George Pell in 1997, after a report found Mr Kamm asked female devotees to bear his children throughmystical marriages, claiming he possessed theHoly Seedto breed a new race.
A bit of the pot calling the kettle black, as the noxious Pell has a history of protecting paedophiles in the church and villifying their victims. A least Kamm was propositioning adults.
Funding for the Order of St Charbel school has raised concern in Catholic circles, amid fears followers are building bunkers in preparation to form aPapal guardto protect Little Pebble...
...Outside the school yesterday a spokesman said:This isn't Waco. We are just people.
We've had abduction attempts from here. We've got a lot of loonies around here. There are a lot more loonies out there than there are in here.
There's quite a few people who take exception to pebble boy. Wally has a kook page refuting Kamm's claims and the Bishop of Wollongong has issued the odd decree pointing out that Kamm and his cronies are full of shite.
Worth pointing out the nicely Photoshopped image of Kamm shaking hands with the Pope that the article lifted from his web site.

I particularly enjoyed this page of links to fake popes.
Evangelism, witnessing and similar activitites go by one name here—, and is no different from spam for viagra, penis enlargement products and pornography. We do not take advertising. If you want to advertise your imaginary friend, please spend your own money on your own web space to do so. Any attempts to use the comments section for advertisements will be deleted, and the perpetrator barred, unless they are particularly stupid, in which case I reserve the right to pinch an idea from Teresa Nielsen Hayden and delete all the vowels.
This is not a contacts site. If you are looking for help regarding a particular path, I suggest The Witches' Voice, which does operate a contacts service.
Allowed HTML:
a href, b, br, p, strong, em, ol, ul, li, blockquote, q, pre. If your name has accents in it, things will work better if you use the XHTML entities for those letters. The same applies if you are using a word processor to compose your comment, then copying and pasting the text—either turn off curly quotes and avoid using em-dashes, or edit your comment after pasting to get rid of them. Garbled comments usually get deleted.
