Apart from the corruption (being investigated by the charities commission) he is likely to be found guilty of child trafficking. The worse charge of child killing (for which there is at least one case which if it were to come to court in this country could succeed) is unlikely to be taken up in Kenya - but anything that puts him away is good to me!
